Emocion is Movistar's mobile portal where customers can find all the latest news and entertainment. They will enjoy the best selection of content and services, grouped by different categories.

Analyzing
a long-lived product
After 8 years on the market as a successful product, we decided to improve Emocion to provide the best experience for our users, in addition to giving it a new look and feel. We started by drawing up a roadmap of the steps to be taken in the research process and defining the product's problems.

Researching
how our users behave
After in-depth research through platform usage data, Emocion is being restructured with categories and subcategories that make it easier to find services. The main structure is kept simple and the labels are optimised for user comprehension.The information architecture is perfectly defined after testing with users to optimise the changes.

Inputs
after user testing
The final action points after user testing are to clarify the value proposition and pricing, detail the service and its benefits, and facilitate payment options. Going forward, it will be necessary to enable rating management, provide flexibility to change plans, and optimise advanced search and automated collections.
